Within Superfund,
all sampling organizations are required to provide analytical
information for all samples not using Contract Laboratory Program
(CLP) analytical services. Non-CLP Superfund Analytical Services
Tracking (ANSET) data include field screening, mobile laboratory,
in-house laboratory, Regionally contracted, and subcontracted
laboratory analyses.
The Web-based Baseline
Analytical Services Information Collection Form can be used for
compiling and submitting this information. A separate submission
must be completed for each sample group. Detailed instructions
are available on the Collection Form and on the Login Page.
Login now
to the Phase 2 Site and start submitting ANSETS information on the Web.
Regions may also
submit data directly from their data tracking systems in response
to these submissions. This eliminates the need to create separate
forms and data entry for each project. If you have a regional
tracking system that can provide electronic exports please contact
Elizabeth Holman
for a list of required fields.

System Recommendations
|
The Web form can
be completed using either Netscape or Internet Explorer (IE).
For advanced editing features such as entering new values directly
in the selection box, please use IE 5.0 or higher. IE 5.0 will
also remember your prior entries which will make entering data
faster when AutoComplete is enabled for Forms (set this feature
from IE's Tools Menu under Internet Options/Content/Personal
Information/AutoComplete).
If you are using
IE and you have difficulties using the site, make certain that
your security levels in Internet Options are set to Medium.
