- When the download is complete, locate the file using Windows Explorer.

- Double-click on the Setup.exe file to install the program. Once the program is successfully
installed, the program will be available from the Windows Start Menu.
The WebCCS File Preparation program will concatenate
all the lab files for a particular SDG Number into one uploadable file. The program will also
perform certain minimal checks to assure that the
file is in acceptable ASF format, and is ready for WebCCS processing.
The WebCCS File Preparation Program concatenates files for
WebCCS processing. Print this page for reference. Download
and save the program. Locate the saved file in Windows Explorer
(not Internet Explorer). Double-click the file to extract its
contents. Run the setup.exe program to install. After a
successful install, the program will be available from
the Windows Start menu.
The WebCCS system accepts one file for each SDG to be processed.
The data file(s) to be concatenated using the WebCCS File Preparation program
must contain appropriate information in the "Case number", "Contract number"
and "SDG number" fields for the File Preparation program to
work. Use the following instructions to prepare the file(s) for WebCCS processing:
- Using the WebCCS File Preparation program, select a destination directory for the prepared file(s).
- Select the source directory where the unprepared files are currently stored.
- Select (by highlighting the file names) all source data files.
- Click on the Concatenate button. At the bottom of the WebCCS File Preparation dialog box, the file path and name
of the prepared file will be displayed.
NOTE: To save time when processing multiple SDGs, prepare all files before connecting to the WebCCS site.
The prepared file(s) are now ready for WebCCS processing.
