The Web-based Contract Compliance Screening (WebCCS) system is a self-inspection tool designed for use by Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) Laboratories. This tool is used to inspect Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) to determine completeness and compliance with US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) technical and contractual requirements, prior to delivery to EPA.

The main goal of the WebCCS system is to provide CLP Laboratories and other interested parties with a quick and easy-to-use tool that supports their efforts to provide EPA with complete and compliant electronic data deliverables on the first submission.

To use WebCCS, the user will need an email account and Internet access with Netscape 4.0 or Internet Explorer 5.0 or above. Each user will be assigned a unique User Name and Password. The user can simply log into the WebCCS site and upload the electronic files following the directions provided. In less than an hour the WebCCS system will send the user an email with an attachment containing the results of the CCS inspection. There are no limits on the number of times an EDD file can be processed through WebCCS prior to delivery to EPA.
